We would like to introduce our new Helpdesk facility. This facility is available for members only, so if you already have an account with us, you will now have your own personal Helpdesk.
Your helpdesk lists all correspondence between you and our customer support team. Therefore, every email you have sent to us in the past, along with every response, is listed here, in date order. You may use this as your personal storage inbox, saving you the need to keep old correspondence in your personal email inbox. You may review any email by clicking on the appropriate ticket, and all your emails and our responses within that ticket will be listed.
When we send you a new email, it will automatically be listed in your Helpdesk, and you may now reply to that email either through your personal email or through your new Helpdesk.
One of the reasons we have introduced this facility is because some customers using Internet Email Providers who utilise high Spam filters often do not receive emails from us. Therefore, we recommend any customer who has failed to receive responses from us at any time, to refer to their individual helpdesk as their first and main course of tracking orders.
